Plum Tart


Muddle plum and ice.

Add Juno Gin, Chambord, soda, plum juice and St Germaine.

Shake and pour into glass.

Top with crushed merangue.

Garnish with lemon and thyme.

15ml Chambord

15ml St Germaine elderflower liquer

30ml plum juice

Touch of soda

1 black doris plum

1/2 lime or lemon
