Summer Fling
Ingredients
60ml Juno
30ml Lime Juice
45ml Gingerbeer
15ml Pineapple Juice
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Fresh Mint Sprigs
Orange Slice
Lime Slice
Method
Pour Juno gin, lime juice, pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and dump into a tall glass.
Top up glass with ice and ginger beer. Dash your angostura bitters top and stir for 5 seconds.
Garnish with mint sprig, lime and orange slice.
